Göksel Yilmaz draws from the rich repertoire of The Levant. In 2006 he formed the Göksel Yilmaz Ensemble. With a trunk full of Turkish and Arabic songs and original material steeped with influences from jazz and blues, they have played in the Netherlands, Belgium, Indonesia, Turkey, Switzerland and Germany.
Haytham Safia Qu4rtet plays original tunes on u'd, oboe, cello and percussion, a wonderful combination of instruments that has never been done before. Two men and two women with Arabic, African and European musical roots. Compositions by Haytham Safia enriched with arrangements by Hanneke Ramselaar and improvisations.

Last decade or so Jan Wouter became a succesfull international artist known for innovating crossovers, bridging the gap between the Western and the Arab world. He has built his own unique 'Quartertone Guitar' with a customised fingerboard to produce quarter-tones like in Northafrican music and Oriental maqam playing.
