Visa For Music – 5th Edition Africa and Middle East Music Meeting

VISA FOR MUSIC 2018 : Only 5 days before the closing of the call for application!

   The fifth edition of Visa For Music , market / festiva l of music from Africa and Middle East , will be held from 21st to 24th of November 2018 in Rabat and will be a new opportunity of meeting and exchange for professionals of the music industry: artists, agents, producers, programmers, cultural institutions and foundations, media and trainers, etc.

   Thirty music artists/bands will be selected by the VFM jury to participate in showcases in front of thousands of music professionals from around the world. Electro artists (DJs / VJs) will also be selected to perform during after midnight showcases.

You have until April 15th to send your application !

   The fourth edition of Visa For Music, which took place from November 22nd to 25th, 2017 in Rabat, was a great success and gathered 1500 professionals from all over the world ( 85 countries ), 400 artists from Africa , the Middle East , Latin America , Europe , Asia and Oceania , 73 exhibitors and 500 speed-meetings . 4 tributes have been paid to big names in music, in addition to 6 conferencesand 9 workshops and trainings led by professionals and speakers from various countries: Spain, India, Portugal, Norway, Mexico and South Korea.

   Visa For Music has confirmed its position as a platform for professionals of the music industry who meet every year in Rabat, “City of  light” and ” African cultural capital “. Provoking the  meeting between artists and music professionals around the world, Visa For  Music brings together and unites social, institutional and economic forces  around important themes for regional development.
