This year Midem will be a 100% digital experience that will be free to access. In June 2022 we look forward to welcoming you and your counterparts from the international music community back to our spiritual home in Cannes for the long-awaited opportunity to meet face-to-face.
The evolving situation surrounding the global pandemic has forced all of us to adapt our plans and we want to thank you for your incredible support and patience. We had hoped to hold a physical Midem this June in Cannes, but this is not possible.
Using the Midem Digital Platform, we want to bring you and its 12,500 members a series of unique business and musical experiences. In Mid-March we hosted the online Midem Latin American Forum.
June 28 – July 01 will see the world’s first ever pan-African digital music event, Midem Africa.This 4-day journey will map the African music industries, highlighting the most exciting trends and opportunities, and provide vital insights and practical tools to foster networking and accelerate careers and business amongst key local music players and their regional and international counterparts.
And in November 16-19, we invite you to be part of the Midem Digital Edition featuring a host of buzzing keynote sessions, networking opportunities, artist and music tech start-up competitions and a host of industry workshops catering for a wide-range of industry needs.
We are committed to keeping the global music community connected and to preparing for the better days that everyone hopes will come soon.
