Dear Composer around the World
Indonesia World Music Series IWMS is a network of traditional music groups throughout Indonesia with the main work being the organization of ethnic and world music festivals and online media.
This year, on October 4-6, we will be arrange "KALTIM Ethnic & World Music Festival" which will be held on the open air stage of the PENTACITY Balikpapan Superblock in Balikpapan city East Borneo. This festival creates a meeting space for actors traditional music from East Kalimantan and national music groups as well international music which has been exploring traditional music as raw material in creating the nuances of Indonesian music.
We would like to invite several music groups to participate in the festival we are holding, we will cover the accomodation, 3 times meals and local Balikpapan transportation from 3 to 7 October also we will cover return flight ticket from Jakarta or Bali to Balikpapan for maximum 8 members, with this email also i send include the festival regulations as a reference.
